Information

Domaine du Chant d'Eole was created in 2010 as the result of a partnership between a family of renowned Champagne growers and a family of Belgian farmers, the Ewbank family.

Gradually, the Domaine, with its 54ha of planted vines, became the largest vineyard in Belgium.

Le Chant d'Eole was recognised as the international revelation of sparkling wines at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2019, propelling the estate to the forefront of the biggest names in Belgium and internationally. After that, it wasn't long before a string of competition medals followed.

Today, the Domaine du Chant d'Eole has two restaurants (La Brasserie d'Eole, a brasserie in the heart of the vineyards, and l'Impératif d'Eole, a Michelin-starred restaurant at the top of the Chai).

The Domaine has also developed a range of events including a programme of activities for the general public (concerts, shows, after-work events, etc.) and room hire for private events (weddings, etc.) and professional events (teambuilding, etc.).

Opening times

Self-guided tour through the vineyard every day from 10.00 to 18.00 (except 1/01 and 25/12). • Individual guided tours (booking recommended): all year round, Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30 and 14.00. July and August: Tuesday to Sunday at 10.30 and 14.00.
