Living through the 18th to the 21st century at the Domaine de Seneffe!
In the land of canals and châteaux, the Domaine de Seneffe is not to be missed.
22 hectares of nature, a château with exceptional 18th-century neoclassical architecture, magnificent and remarkable parquet floors, sumptuous interior decorations and a museum with collections of goldsmiths‘ and silversmiths’ wares and decorative arts, all of which bear witness to an art of living and the cultural codes of the time.
‘From one day to the next. The eighteenth century’ immerses you in the daily life, and even the intimacy, of the lords and ladies of the time. And don't forget to visit the temporary exhibitions.
In the park, the gardens tell different stories, sometimes more geometric (French garden), sometimes more bucolic (English garden).
On the cultural side, the annual open-air exhibition showcases the natural spaces through the creations and installations of contemporary artists, chosen according to theme.
And for a special treat, the ‘Saveurs des Lumières’ tasting room is available for private hire.
