Information

The former summer residence of the Dukes of Beaufort-Spontin, the Renaissance-style Freÿr Castle features a classic interior, furnished and decorated by 20 generations of inhabitants.

Today, these illustrious figures invite you to encounter History (royal guests, coffee treaty) in a sumptuous natural setting.

The formal, terraced gardens, imitating the style of Le Nôtre, offer both splendour and intimacy, with murmuring water jets, sweet-scented orange trees and little mazes promising to enchant visitors of all ages.

Freÿr, a charming and seductive place out of time...
