Information

Home to one of Belgian's finest collections of religious gold and silver work (12th-19th century), the "Treasury" also exhibits objects belonging to Waudru in the 7th century: a ring and a dress clasp known as the Benoîte Affique (Blessed Clasp), along with a collection of shrouds used to wrap the relics of the town's Patron Saint.

Built between the 15th and 17th centuries in Brabant-Gothic style, Sainte-Waudru Collegiate Church provides a magnificent setting for the beautiful statues, paintings and ancient manuscripts on show, alongside the splendid alabaster statues of Jacques Du Broeucq (16th century).
