Information

2,000 years ago, the Gallo-Roman town of Malagne was one of Northern Gaul's largest farms.

Today, the Archaeopark leads you on a voyage into the daily life of the Gallo-Romans!

Set on the heights of Rochefort, the park's well-preserved remains stand in picturesque scenery.

Highlights include a reconstructed barn and forge, Roman gardens and kitchen gardens, crops, livestock, arts & crafts and experimental archaeology workshops.

Opening times

From April 4 to September 13: weekends, public holidays and Belgian school holidays, and from October 17 to November 8 (autumn half-term) from 10.30 to 18.00 • Closed on Mondays, except public holidays.
