The 75-acre Prehistomuseum in Flémalle is a Prehistory Adventure Park!
This novel site invites all the family to explore 12 different worlds, spanning nature, culture, heritage and adventure.

The Prehistomuseum is the first of its kind in Europe, featuring:
NEW in 2024: escape game "Sapiens got Talent",
- a protected cave,
- 2 permanent exhibitions,
- 2 temporary exhibitions every year,
- 9 nature experiences,
- 12 hands-on workshops,
- 1 archeorestaurant,
- 1 mammoth playground,
- an 8-km forest walk, attractive shop,
- 160-seater auditorium,
- training and research centre and a business function space.

The Prehistomuseum is the ideal choice for an exciting and novel group excursion in a totally unique and brand new setting! The museum is set in a fabulous forest, home to the Ramioul Cave archaeological site. All tours are accompanied by an experienced and passionate guide, in charge of fostering exchanges, answering questions and generally making sure everyone has a great time!

Opening times

Open every day except December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 • Self-guided and guided tours led by archaeologists from 10.00 to 18.00 on weekends (April to October), public holidays and Belgian school holidays • Self-guided tours only on all other days (10.00 to 17.00 on weekdays and 13.00 to 17.00 on weekends from November to March).
