A haven of relaxation and spirituality, Maredsous Abbey continues to pride in a traditional welcome by Benedictine monks in an exceptional natural setting.

Heirs to a 1,000 year-old tradition, the Maredsous monks welcome you at Le Saint-Joseph, where a cafeteria, souvenir-book shop and free playground invites all the family to spend a delightful moment and savour the Abbey's gastronomic fare, including beers, cheeses and Maredsous breads.

Visitors can also sample and purchase a range of breads and succulent pastries fresh from the Abbey Bakery.
