Information

Located in Houffalize, in the heart of the Ourthe valley, Houtopia is a place for children aged 3 to 12 to learn and grow.

In the indoor area, there are 80 sensory experiences to try out and discover the world around us. Visit the sensory area without shoes for a complete return to your senses!

Last but not least, the playground, in a magnificent setting on the banks of the Ourthe: a guaranteed place to let off steam and have fun. Try your hand at our adventure course, which will take you through climbing games to reach the start of a sensational descent down a slide over 30 metres long. And come and play on our outdoor musical instruments!

And to make sure you don't forget any of your adventure, our shop has souvenirs to suit all ages and budgets.

Opening times

All year round • Wednesdays: 13.00 - 17.00. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 11.00 - 17.00. Every day during school holidays in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation: 11.00 - 17.00 (10.00 - 18.00 in July and August). • Closed 2/08, 24, 25, 31/12 and 1/01 • Annual closure in January (after Christmas holidays).

Adults and children €14 • 65+ and disabled €12.50 • Large families with 3 or more paying children (aged 3-12): €12.50 pp. • Free for children under 3 years old

between half a day and a full day (depending on the weather)

Price School groups: €10 (1 accompanying adult free per group of 15 children) • Non-school groups (min. 20 people): €9

Guided tour (in French only) For school and other groups, subject to prior booking, the tour includes: a self-guided tour of the new sensory area, accompaniment by the Houtopia activity team and unlimited access to the outdoor playground.
